How is this different from regular career coaching?
+Most career coaches focus only on strategy — how to get promoted, how to network, how to advocate. They give you the tactics but don’t address that you’re exhausted and don’t have energy to execute.
I integrate career navigation with resilience from day one. Every session addresses both “what’s your strategic path forward” AND “how do you sustain your energy on this journey.” You can’t separate the two in real life, so we don’t separate them in our work together.
