THE PERSPECTIVE BEHIND CHANGE INSIGHT

Twenty years of studying change from the inside.

My perspective has been shaped by more than two decades working at the intersection of people, organizations and transformation, and by navigating plenty of change in my own life along the way.

Change Insight grew from my curiosity about what helps people see their circumstances more clearly, understand the systems around them and make choices that better reflect what matters now.
